Narwal shows a conventional water-tank station and a separate slim refill-and-drain configuration. A listing that names Flow 2 does not by itself establish a plumbing-ready package. The supported software core

The exact model manual documents app binding, map creation and editing, cleaning modes, no-go zones and Freo Mind. The US product page also presents multi-level maps, room editing and schedules as product functions.

Those core operations are described without a paid-plan activation step. We infer they are included with the equipment, while making no explicit lifetime guarantee or claim that every advanced feature is free. NarGPT, video calls and pet-care functions appear on the page, but their exact fee and availability boundaries were not separately established. They should not be essential to this purchase decision without further confirmation.

The manual specifies 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Plan for a compatible phone, account setup where required and coverage around the dock. What track mopping changes

Flow 2's mop is a moving track that the manufacturer describes as refreshing during cleaning. That differs from carrying two spinning pads across the floor. The architecture may be relevant when hard-floor mopping is your main task, but it is not proof of better removal of every stain or less water on every surface.

Consider the replacement mop assembly and maintenance of the used-water path as part of ownership. Inspect the first route, floor transitions and rug approaches. A lifted mop and a carpet strategy do not guarantee that an unusually thick rug or fringe will remain unaffected.

Separate dock automation from plumbing

The documented tank station charges, collects dust, washes and dries the mop and dispenses detergent. You still manage clean and dirty water and replace or clean filters, bags, brushes and the track-mop supplies. Station self-cleaning assists this work but does not remove it.
